Liverpool Wood Pellet’s premium quality restaurant charcoal has no added fillers, binders or chemicals and is just pure lumpwood made directly from 100% natural, sustainably sourced hardwood.  Even without any chemical additives our restaurant charcoal is very easy to light, reaching optimum cooking temperature quickly.  This lump wood restaurant charcoal contains only the largest size pieces of lump wood.  All smaller pieces are removed and the charcoal is sieved to remove dust and smaller fragments.  As the lumpwood restaurant charcoal has pieces which are a large consistent size the result is a longer burn time with a higher consistent temperature.
