A full 500kg pallet of our popular lumpwood barbecue charcoal supplied in conveniently sized 5kg sacks.  One of our most popular ranges, our lumpwood charcoal is the perfect balance between quality and price giving excellent value for money.

Our lumpwood charcoal is one of the best choices for summer barbecues.  It contains slightly smaller lump pieces than our large lumpwood premium restaurant charcoal and subsequently is ready to cook on more quickly but with a slightly shorter burn time.  The 5kg bags size is convenient for a single use on medium to large sized home barbecues with the minimum of waste.  The lumpwood charcoal is also a popular choice for commercial kitchens, bistros and pizzerias using charcoal ovens and grills.

Our lumpwood barbecue charcoal does not sacrifice quality for convenience.  Like our restaurant charcoal, it is also made directly from responsibly sourced hardwood and no chemicals, binding agents or fillers are used in the manufacturing process.  This results in a clean, pollutant free burn which is great to cook with and gives a natural subtle barbecued taste to your food with no aftertaste caused by the additives in rival brands.  Our lumpwood barbecue charcoal has medium sized lump wood pieces which are easy to manage and cook with.  They are consistent sizes to give an even burn throughout and the charcoal is sieved to removed dust and shards to ensure a high quality cooking experience.
