Our lumpwood charcoal contains slightly smaller pieces than those found in our premier quality restaurant charcoal but is of the same exacting standards.  It contains no added fillers, chemicals or binding agents and is manufactured only from 100% pure sustainably sourced hardwood.  This ensures a clean burning barbecue giving only the natural subtle barbecued taste to all your food unimpaired by additives which are found in some other brands.
