Our restaurant charcoal is pure lump wood made directly from hardwood with no added chemicals, fillers or binding agents giving the cleanest burn possible. It is easy to light even without additives and reaches optimum cooking temperature more quickly than charcoal briquettes. Our restaurant grade lump wood charcoal has consistent size large lump pieces which give a longer burn time at a consistently high temperature. Our lump wood restaurant charcoal is sieved to remove dust, small fragments and all but the largest size pieces for the minimum waste and highest quality cooking experience.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there is safe and clear access for the delivery vehicle, so we recommend you check our delivery information page before placing your order. If the haulage company arrive at your address and face any of the conditions stated in our delivery information page, the driver can decide to cancel the delivery, and this will incur a re-delivery fee if they need to attempt delivery in a different vehicle or cancellation fee to cover the cost of dispatching and returning your order to our central warehouse. If after reading our delivery information page you are unsure as to whether your location is suitable for a palletised delivery, please call us to discuss. We will advise as to whether there is likely to be problems at the offloading point.
