Our restaurant charcoal is one of the most popular charcoals available in the UK for both commercial kitchens and domestic barbecues.  Not only is it used by hundreds of professionals in restaurants, bistros and hotels, but it is also the widely used for home barbecues and recognised as one of the best brands available.  Our restaurant charcoal contains only the largest size lumpwood pieces. It is sieved to remove smaller pieces, fragments and dust before packing.  As it is made of only larger lumps these burn longer and hotter and also reach the desired cooking temperature more quickly.

To make your barbecue an even easier trouble free experience we also include 2 plastic bottles of odourless fire lighting fluid and two boxes of odourless fire lighters, each containing 12 large blocks.
