We aim to deliver the majority of Liverpool Wood Pellets orders within 3 working days, but please allow 7 working days for delivery when placing orders. If required sooner please contact us and we will assist wherever possible.
Unfortunately due to the increase in carriage pricess we have had to make changes to our delivery charges. The changes only affect postcodes in Central London, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We do apologise for the increase in delivery charges, if you wish to query the increase in charges then please do not hesitate to contact us either via email or call us instore.
|Specific Delivery Day|
Why not choose a convenient delivery date when you order? This is no problem, and helps both us and the delivery company to manage our orders and deliveries. Whilst we can’t give an exact time of delivery, we can make it easier for you to arrange days off work, or for someone to receive your order.
If you need a delivery specifically in the AM or PM we can arrange this, but there will be an additional charge.
|Information when Ordering|
Please make sure that you give us any helpful instructions and information if your property or business premises are hard to reach, or will be unsuitable for a large lorry. A mobile number is essential.
Full pallets are very heavy so your expectations of where you want the pallet delivery to be made and where the driver can unload may not be possible. We always, always recommend that someone is there to recieve delivery and to assist the driver if required, we cannot be moaned at if the pallet is not dropped off where you hoped it would be, especially if you know delivery is going to be difficult.
It is your responsibility to ensure that there is safe and clear access for the delivery vehicle. If the haulage company arrive at your address and face one of the conditions above, the driver may decide to cancel the delivery, and this may incur a cancellation fee to cover the cost of dispatching and returning your order to our central warehouse. If you are unsure as to whether your location is suitable for a palletised delivery, please call us to discuss. We will advise as to whether there is likely to be problems at the offloading point.
